In thinking about DIY holiday gifts - especially the kind that will give and give and give, I keep coming back to salt scrub. It's so easy to make, and so much fun to use.

So here's a sweet and easy herbal recipe that can be given as a gift. I love the feel of a salt scrub on my hands. The sensation spreads to my whole body. 

Making salt scrubs is so simple, and adding in NurseGrown CBD will make it medicinal as well.

• 3 cups of sea salt
• 6 oz of oil (coconut, almond, olive, etc.)
• Up to 6 droppers of NurseGrown 1500mg hemp oil tincture (each dropper contains approximately 50mg)
• 25 drops of essential oil (sweet orange, lavender, eucalyptus are all nice smells)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and transfer into small jars. Make a beautiful label and gift.
