TERPENE: Bergamotene (berg-uh-muh-teen), alpha-bergamotene and beta-bergamotene.
Sturdy black pepper scent that aids in the defense of plants against predators. It is an aroma element of several species of the bergamont and orchid family members.
FOUND IN: Cotton seeds, carrots and limes
AROMA/FLAVOR: Ground black pepper
