TERPENE: Trans-nerolidol (tranz neh-row-lye-doll)
FOUND IN: Neroli, ginger, jasmine, lavender, tea tree, and lemongrass
AROMA/FLAVOR: Woody, fruity citrus, apples, and rose
EFFECTS: Relaxing, slightly sedative
BENEFITS:
